Richard Carl Niemeyer

Rick is the co-founder and President of Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing, spearheading the growth of the company he started in 1986 with his brother, John Niemeyer. Over the past 24 years, Rick and John have taken their company from a small business to a large, successful enterprise specializing in the commercial, industrial, retail and medical industries. Rick continues to have a hand in all aspects of operations at NBP, contributing his leadership in every area, including sales, estimating, project management, design and construction.

Rick was raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and brings more than 28 years of personal experience in the plumbing industry, starting in 1978 and obtaining his Journeyman Plumber & Gas Fitter License in 1982. He worked as a plumbing foreman and superintendent and obtained his Commercial and Residential Contractor's License in 1986.
At the foundation of the company's growth is the brothers' high standard for workmanship and job performance, combined with a priority on providing each of their customers with the same personal service and individual attention which have been hallmarks of Rick and John's company from the beginning.

John Niemeyer

John Niemeyer, co-founder and Vice President of Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing, leads the company with brother, Rick, with an unparalleled reputation for hard work and honesty the brothers learned from their parents. Capitalizing on their individual strengths, Rick has the responsibility for overseeing the office, while John supervises operations in the field.

A native of Phoenix, John entered the plumbing industry in 1980 and obtained his Journeyman Plumber & Gas Fitter License in 1984. As the company's Vice President, he is active in the various aspects of purchasing, estimating and field supervising.
Together, the brothers have instilled a tradition of hard work and commitment among a strong core of employees who have contributed to the ongoing growth and success of Niemeyer Brothers. John and Rick encourage open communication and base their decisions on ideas and input they gather from each of the company's departments.
